I've worked with Harold on many sales agreements and feel that he is responsible, well organized, and empathetic. I appreciated very much the way you helped me organize to get the house ready for sale. As the house is over a century old, there were several repairs and updates that had to be done, and though they cost at least $16,000, the result was a top-notch sale price. One day when we had viewers coming to look at the house, and I had just bought new mats for the back porch steps, you screwed them down for me in five minutes flat, so they would be safe for the people coming. I really appreciated that. Another thing was that you liked my house and let me sell it as it was, somewhat reduced in furniture and stuff, but you let my decor do the job of selling the place. Some realtors want you to paint the interior, which I would not have agreed to do. Let the buyers change the colours if they want to! I also appreciated the way you handled the first and second interested parties, so we got the price we wanted!
